By submitting a classified advert or directory listing, you are entering into a contract for an advertising service with the NFED. When an advert is approved, the service is deemed to have started. Any cancellation rights will end at this point as explained in the Distant Selling Regulations 2000. Although you can remove your advert at any time, we are under no obligation to provide refunds or a cooling off period. Any refunds for approved adverts will be strictly at the administrator’s discretion.
