How to place a print order or pay for your NFED Classified advert
Click on the "Add to Basket" button to place your selections in the shopping cart. You can then go to the checkout & select your method of payment or select Paypal Express.
Paypal Express. If you have a Paypal account, you can pay by Paypal express, which removes the checkout section & need to enter your personal details or open a CK Art account.
To Pay by Card. Simply enter the required details, your card will will be checked & debited in real time by Sagepay. We do not have access or store your card details.
To Pay by Paypal (Checkout). If Paypal is selected, you will be transferred to the Paypal website. Enter your registered Paypal Email address & password in the normal way. When payment has been successful, you will be returned to this website.
To Pay by Phone. Please call 01590 683808 any day 08.00am to 09.00pm.
As we work from home we are available any day including weekends & bank holidays, but please note that although we are happy to take payments by phone, online payments are the preferred method of payment & the office is not manned all day. An answer machine or call diversion is available so we can take a message or arrange a time to call.
My password is not recognised
If you have not used the shopping cart system before you will have to create an account & enter a password of your choice. If you have previously created an account, but have forgotten your password, you can request a reminder by Email.
Please note: That this is a different system from the NFED Classifieds & Directory. It will not recognise any passwords used for your advert or listing, but you can register the same password if you wish.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept, most popular debit/credit cards through Sagepay secure payment gateway.
How much do you charge for post & packing?
Small items are: £1.75
Medium items: £2.75
Large items: £5.00
Orders over £100.00 Postage is FREE
Do the prices shown include VAT?
This is literally a cottage industry, the size of the business has not warranted it becoming VAT registered.
Can I return goods if not satisfied.
You may return any physical order (Print, DVD, Book) to us within 21 days for a full refund.
Internet services (Advertising) are subject to separate terms & conditions as specified on the NFED Website. By submitting a classified advert or directory listing, you are entering into a contract for an advertising service with the NFED. When an advert is approved, the service is deemed to have started. Any cancellation rights will end at this point as explained in the Distant Selling Regulations 2000. Although you can remove your advert at any time, we are under no obligation to provide refunds or a cooling off period. Any refunds for approved adverts will be strictly at the administrator’s discretion.
Can you supply to Non-UK addresses
Yes. we can ship anywhere in the world, but please contact us for postage rates.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
All physical orders are normally despatched within 48 hours by first class post.
How long will it be before my Classified advert can be seen?
The NFED Classifieds are updated several times each day. Your advert should be approved within 24 hours, we will contact you by Email if there are any problems with your advert. Please see the NFED for any separate terms & conditions which may apply.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Simply contact us ASAP. You will be asked to return the order and a replacement (where possible) will be despatched. If it is not possible to replace the original order you will be asked to select an alternative or request a full refund.

Point of sale.
All transactions take place in the UK and are therefore subject to UK law.
Consequential loss
While CK Art - NFED will make every effort to ensure goods are delivered on time and in good condition we can accept no liability for any consequential loss caused by a late, incorrect or damaged delivery.
